What this website collects

The contact form. If you send us a message with the contact form, a form-delivery service called Web3Forms sends what you enter to our Gmail inbox: your name, your phone number or email, what you need help with, and your preferred language. Please don’t include medical details or Social Security numbers. The form is the only place on this site that asks you to type in personal information; there’s no account sign-up or chat.

How Web3Forms handles your message. Web3Forms is run by Web3Creative, a company based in India, and stores messages, encrypted, with Amazon Web Services, which also sends the email to us. Web3Forms also receives your IP address when you send the form, and to block spam it may check your IP address and email address with spam-filtering services (CleanTalk and Akismet). It keeps a copy of each message for up to three years and then deletes it automatically, unless we delete it sooner. Web3Forms handles that information under its own privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy.

When you call, text, or email us using the links on this site, your phone or email app opens and the message goes from your own phone or email account. We receive what you send, like any other call, text, or email. Our email address is a Gmail address, so emails you send us are delivered and stored by Google.

Your language choice. If you switch between English and Spanish, the site saves a small cookie named gl_lang in your browser so it remembers your choice. It contains only “en” or “es” and lasts one year. If you haven’t chosen, the site uses your browser’s language setting to pick English or Spanish; that setting isn’t stored.

Technical information. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Like any website host, Cloudflare receives basic technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. We don’t use it to identify you.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.
• We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
• We don’t embed third-party content (such as videos or maps) that could track you. The site’s fonts and images are served from our own website.

How we use what you send us

When you call, text, or email us, or send a message with the contact form, we use what you share to respond to you, answer your questions about health coverage, and, if you choose to work with us, help you compare and enroll in coverage. We reply in English or Spanish, as you prefer.

Who we share it with

• Insurance companies and the Health Insurance Marketplace: only if you ask us to help you get a quote or apply, and only what’s needed for that.
• Our service providers: our website host (Cloudflare), our contact-form service (Web3Forms), and our email provider (Google), only to run those services for us.
• When the law requires it: for example, to respond to a valid legal request or a state insurance regulator.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and records about your coverage as long as we need them to serve you, and as long as insurance record-keeping laws require. Web3Forms keeps its own copy of contact-form messages for up to three years, as described above.

How we protect it

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to client information at GoodLand is limited to the people who need it to help you.

Insurance privacy notices

This policy covers this website only. If you become a client, you’ll receive the privacy notices that Texas and federal law require for insurance services. These usually come from your insurance company; when the rules require GoodLand to give its own notice, we’ll provide it.

Your choices

• You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we’re required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. If we text you, you can also reply STOP.
• You can delete the language cookie in your browser settings at any time.

Children

This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them through the site. Parents and guardians can contact us about coverage for their children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
